These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the "GTU") govern access to and use of the website www.arthurarthur.fr (hereinafter the "Website") and the services offered thereon.

By browsing the Website, you unconditionally accept these GTU and our Privacy Policy.

Article 1 – Access to the Website

The Website is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. Costs related to connectivity (hardware, software, internet access) are the sole responsibility of the user.

Article 7 – Shopify Platform and Relationship with Shopify

The Website and online store are hosted and powered by the Shopify platform.

Orders placed through the Website are concluded directly between the Customer and Arthur Arthur. Shopify acts solely as a technical service provider (hosting, e-commerce infrastructure, payment processing, etc.).

By using the Website, you acknowledge that certain data (technical and transactional) will be processed by Shopify in the context of providing these services. For further information, please refer to Shopify's Privacy Policy as well as our own.

These GTU are governed by French law.
